Our blue crab meat processing plant is located in Venezuela in the town of El Bajo – Municipality of San Francisco de Maracaibo, Zulia State.

We have an installed capacity of 25 tons per day of raw material reception and a daily processing capacity of 20 tons, where the reception, weighing, selection, cleaning, cooking, classification and packaging of four types of crab meat is carried out; Jumbo Lump, Lump, Claw and Cocktail Claw.

Through the sustainable practice of fishermen, to the fulfillment of our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), we offer top quality products free of pathogens, 100% natural and free of chemicals and preservatives, always preserving the freshness and naturalness of the crab.

We have all the export requirements to the United States, certified by the FDA. 

The crabs are sustainably harvested, allowing local fishermen and traders to make a profit, which in turn contributes to local economic development.

We are happy to have a team that loves the process, knows the crab and complies with good manufacturing practices throughout the process, always strengthening the knowledge in food handling.

In addition, we regularly micro-test our crab meat to guarantee food safety.
